Allergy and Cross-Contamination Disclaimer

Please note that our kitchen is neither nut-free or gluten-free.

Our products are baked fresh onsite in our kitchen, which handle ingredients used to make all our products. We do not have separate production lines, so cross-contamination of ingredients is possible. 

We make every attempt to identify ingredients which may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies. Every effort is made to instruct our production and sales staff on the severity of food allergies. There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial products we use could change the formulation at any time, without notice. 

Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. Decadent will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to our food products consumed, or items one may come into contact with while eating at the establishment. Please be aware that our facility prepares foods and uses ingredients in our products that may contain WHEAT, EGGS, PEANUTS, NUTS or MILK. If you have any type of food allergy, it would be best to refrain from eating our products.
